Evaluating only national and regionally accredited institutions and selecting only colleges and universities with a graduate tuition and fees of $22,000 or less narrowed our initial pool of schools. Our data was collected from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES College Navigator). We then listed the schools in order of affordability. As an added indicator, we attempted to use only those schools and/or programs that had been recognized or ranked with a major publication like U.S. News and World Report.
