We narrowed our list of schools by selecting institutions with regional or national rankings from major publications like U.S. News and World Report. We also chose institutions with rankings for online graduate education degree programs. We then listed the schools in order of affordability based on in-state graduate tuition rates/fees published by NCES College Navigator.
